I think there are at least two explanations for that: 1. In Europe most people are used to have holidays in the summer, not in November-December when everybody is going to work and the companies don't allow free days in this period. 2. Tunisia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia are arabic nations and is somehow nomal to have more fans than other nations in Qatar.
