Playing Poland might be the easier part of the double if you can hold off Lewandowski. Under Michniewicz Lewandowski might as well run around the midfield circle 95% of the time. The actual playing style was terrible, that team was never supposed to even win one game. Hah! Poland always has issues vs Scandinavian teams. Sweden has been our bogey opponent for years, first of all in the 1990 WC qualifying match which we supposedly threw away on purpose (a draw would be enough for England to qualify on goal difference ahead of Sweden). It was shortly after the communism fell and players were still looking to get any hardware income. We last beat Sweden in a friendly game in 1977 This is the WC qualifying match from October 1989. Some of Vanuatu players are positive to Covid-19 and entire team must stay in hotel. Following this, the match against Tahiti was cancelled Solomon Islands beat Cook Islands, 2-0.
