  • Latest Posts around Totallympics

    • That is excellent news!     For example last time, John Steel Hagenbuch was the best of everyone in the pursuit, but only got bronze because he had to start almost 40 seconds behind and Ryo Hirose's great individual race granted him a significantly easier chance for a second gold medal, which is rather unfair.
    • And another victory just handed away for
    • Wouldn't be surprised  He has even stated clearly he does these jobs for one thing: power. At least he doesn't hide behind "I want to make things better" or something
    • Pagers, not smartphones. Apparently the terrorists had already stopped using smartphones, because of the risk of being hacked, so they had switched to using pagers, a more simple technology. But then their shipment of thousands of pagers was replaced by pagers with a little...extra touch.
    • Group A    2 - 2     1 - 4    Standings Group A after 2 games    6 points    2 points    and  1 point     Group B    8  -   1   10 -  5     Standings Group B after 2 games    and  6 points    and  0 points
    • 2025 Men's Softball World Cup   Group Stage   Group C Oklahoma City 17-21 september 2024    4 - 0     0 - 9
    • Paraguay , Brazil and Thailand won the second match and are qualified for the Round of 16   Group Stage Day 4
    • The new format of UCL start with a record-breaking win for Bayern München that became the first team to score nine in a single game.   Harry Kane scored four, is the 20th player to score four or more goals in a single UEFA Champions League match Kenan Yıldız scored  the inaugural goal of the league phase era , and with 19 years and 136 days old, broke the record of Alessandro Del Piero as Juve's youngest goalscorer in the Champions League, excluding qualifying Aged 18 years and 58 days, Endrick became Real Madrid's youngest ever Champions League goalscorer   No surprise in the others matches, with the win of Juve, Liverpool, Real, Aston Villa and Sporting CP
    • Taking some insipration from @PHI2019, here's a link to the regulations (including the sports program): https://www.fisu.net/app/uploads/2024/04/20240111_Torino-2025-FISU-Games-Regulations-Feb2024.pdf   The biggest change to the sports program, aside from the optional sports and inclsion of para sports, might be cross country skiing, where the "pursuit" event has been dropped.
    • At least we do not have Krmeliov as candidate (I know he could not stand for the office, but he did not know and wanted to do this )) )   Personally, I do not trust Coventry - a former member of Mughabe government is not a right choice for the Olympic Movement.   It is very interesting that russians in public prefer AL HUSSEIN or SAMARANCH. And they are veeeeeery accurate on Coventry. So she may be a real person who will get their money for campaign.   Another interesting observation - russian media claim that LAPPARTIENT is a Bach`s choice.    They are going to fight against Coe`s election. And the start of this campaign took place when InsideTheGames (now russian-backed) ans SE (affiliated with Alina Kabaev ) shared story about Coe`s problems with nomination.   As for me - Coe is a right choice.
