Grassmarket 2,756 Posted February 2, 2022 #91 Share Posted February 2, 2022 That was a great first session! OK, not very good technically, but drama and excitement in every single match. Going to have to revise my timetable slightly to watch a few more sessions.

To be fair I had no faith on them after that bad power play in the 7th. Being 3-6 down before last end with NOR having last stone advantage. Wow what an epic return. will follow this team closely, they seriously have potential to do something crazy in this tournament. ahjfcshfghb, maestro and Hipooo
Jan Linha 473 Posted February 2, 2022 #95 Share Posted February 2, 2022 The recovery from team Paulova/Paul was absolutely incredible ..... They made their mistakes, too, when they let take the 6:3 lead. But the 8th end was something nobody would ever expect .... 6:6 and in the extra end. Tomáš Paul played nice pocket stone, Nedregotten unfortunately played bad stone on the top of red circle they could not even make a take out. So for Skaslien it was a very difficult situation.... they had to take the risk .... Anyways, I am super excited and happy for their victory today. First ever Olympic Game and first victory, moreover, very precious victory against bronze medalists from Pyeongchang. Really great job!!! dcro 10,179 Posted February 2, 2022 #96 Share Posted February 2, 2022 Anyone else feels the main graphics are too Christmassy with that cheesy animated snow? Pyeongchang had much more subtle snowflakes. #banbestmen

I live in Dallas, Texas and it looks like we might get more snowfall tomorrow than Beijing will get the entire Olympics xD dcro

They have to remind viewers what snowfall looks like because they sure won't see any during these Winter Games. mrv86 and dcro
