AMIT - 60 KG Freestyle -missed bronze by losing semis to eventual gold medallist in World Junior Wrestling.5th ranked in world Rouble Singh - 96kg freestyle -lost semifinals in World Championship,missed bronze.5th rank in final standings. MEHAR SINGH - Greco Roman 120 kg,he too suffered the same fate,lost bronze medal match,secured 5th rank in finals standing IT could have been 1 silver and 4 bronze but India had to content with 1 silver only.
