Monzanator 3,569 Posted August 21, 2018 #342 Share Posted August 21, 2018 It's been mentioned elsewhere few weeks back but it's getting more official and seems like Olga Zabelinskaya is well on course to represent at the Tokyo OG. She says Russians still won't be allowed to compete under colors.

heywoodu 13,500 Posted August 24, 2018 #346 Share Posted August 24, 2018 Basque ex-cyclist Javier Otxoa has died, aged 43. Tragic story, basically he was a very promising rider (winning a Tour de France stage in 2000 with an epic ride in the mountains), but had an accident in 2001 in which his twin brother died and he got severely and permanently injured (cerebral palsy). Otxoa didn't give up and won gold and silver in both the 2004 and 2008 Paralympic Games. After a long illness he died today in the province of Malaga, where the Vuelta will start tomorrow. http://www.marca.com/ciclismo/vuelta-espana/2018/08/24/5b8056e9468aeb51068b457b.html hckošice and Agger 2 If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated!
