VolleyRuller96 264 Posted March 6, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 6, 2016 Egypt & Algeria decided to drop out of women's qualification Algeria due to financial reasons, and Egyptian girls decided they prefer to write some exams which take place at the same time as olympic qualification tournament. My favourite Volleyball position: LIBERO. You ask why? Look here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyIOarNAONk

hukbrazil 18 Posted March 8, 2016 #7 Share Posted March 8, 2016 This proves that was the worst idea in history make the Intercontinental Qualifying Tournament separate of World Qualifying Tournament. vinipereira

OlympicsFan 776 Posted March 9, 2016 #10 Share Posted March 9, 2016 Alexander Markin was tested positive for Meldonium after the match against Germany at the european qualification tournament, this might mean that Russia wont be allowed to play in Rio, so Germany might get a second chance to qualify and France could qualify directly. I hope that it wont happen, Russia didnt win because of one doped player and they deserve to be in Rio. We threw away the Olympics in the match against Poland, so we dont really deserve to be in Rio in my opinion. If they find a second russian player who was doped, then Russia will definitely be suspended. Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.
