I'm personally starting to work towards a half marathon next year, but I guess if a sub-29 10.000m is easy, I'll give that a shot instead! I think that if I'd ever go beyond 10km's, I'd die. Truly amazing perfomance, he proved that he can win in a fast race as well Kenyans tried everything to beat him, but failed. Athletics will miss him and his star power.
