There were politicians involved on both sides, that's what I meant The whole Russian country is messy, you cannot expect of their sport to differ much. Also - there're individuals that used forbidden substances (I don't care whether they were or were not helped by the institutions), they should be punished, of course, but not every Russian athlete deserved to be crucified by Western media.
