They will be considered after the Games. The reason for not allowing Yuskov to the Games - 11 years ago he was caught on marijuana. The main favorite for gold IOC frankly killed. It's to be sure, where the Swedes are planning to buy extra medication in Korea if needed. It would however be interesting to hear how much they have left after the Olympics.
