JoshMartini007 2,202 Posted June 21, 2016 #51 Share Posted June 21, 2016 That confused me at first too. Looks like we have another example of a sports federation not knowing their own rules.

So Lino Munoz will get it instead Oh no, this is so sad Great for Muñoz of course.. heywoodu 13,540 Posted June 21, 2016 #53 Share Posted June 21, 2016 I guess the Tongan federation would now like to kill me after me asking them on Facebook about this and sending the earlier posted document which showed their player getting an invitation.. mrv86 2,923 Posted June 22, 2016 #57 Share Posted June 22, 2016 Sad news for Lino Muñoz The stupid people in the Mexican Olympic Committee think that this invitation is akin to a wild card and are thinling of rejecting it. The president of the national badminton fed just requested a clarification for BWF in which they explain his place is due to a reallocation of quotas based on individual rankings. In the end Finland's Ville Lang might get the last available place.
