Lets say Germany gets a spot in mens c2 1000m, would we have to compete with the Team that failed to qualify?

I dont think/hope that womens k4 500m Gold is safe for Hungary, Hering/Kriegerstein and Weber/Dietze are both world-class in womens k2 500m, now we only have to get them to work together better.

Yes, looks like Germany used athletes from other boats to make men's K4. This means that they won't count for reallocation. Italy and Brazil will get BLR/ROU quotas in K4 I think.
