The most interesting in this situation - Belarus had failed for meldonium. Meldonium is the reason for banning federation. So I think they have chances to win in CAS. Maybe not big chances but they should try.

because athletes that one quota in some other discipline will compete (same girl in K-1 500m and K-2 500m)
