It's a low-hanging fruit. Nobody takes hammer seriously west of Oder

See my post above it, where you can see the times behind the comma in the 100m hurdles heats. 12.931 for example, but in the official results that is brought as 12.94. Someone actually answered and apparently it's because if they would round that down to 12,93, it shows a faster time than you actually ran. Or something.

But if 12.931 would be rounded down to 12.93, then they would have to round 0.1 down to 0.0 and we all know thats its impossible to travel instantly, so its clever to round up everything when it comes to running.

They used to round .001-004 down and .005-.009 up so I have no idea what happened with that?
