Why throw a shot, a shot with a chain attached to it, a discus and a javelin? Or triple jump, what's the meaning of looking at who is the best at combining a skip, hop and jump? Even the marathon doesn't have this kind of going to the absolute limits of the human body, at least by the looks of it.
