Wanderer 1,597 Posted May 19, 2018 #15 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Yesterday Djokovic and Nishikori played sooo good match and I am amazed by the level Djokovic showed. Very encouraging. Let's see how he can play against the ultimate opponent possible on clay. First set looks already gone, but I hope Novak is going to use the second and try to be relaxed and actually play the best he can at the moment. No one sane expects him to win. Wanderer 1,597 Posted May 19, 2018 #16 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Another great match from Novak. Nadal played brilliantly when it mattered the most. Beautiful tennis guys And now Halep - Sharapova mmmm
Wanderer 1,597 Posted May 19, 2018 #17 Share Posted May 19, 2018 With this result in Rome Djokovic is now 22nd and will probably be seeded 22nd in Paris. Potentially tough draw. Hopefully not in early on Nadal/Thiem/Zverev/Del Potro...
Wanderer 1,597 Posted May 20, 2018 #18 Share Posted May 20, 2018 Halep still #1 with only one International title. I usually underrate Svitolina, but she is more than a decent player. It is really time to show that at Grand Slams. That loss to Halep at Roland Garros last year... Hopefully things will be better now. Remains at #4 so should have kind draw to the later stages. Halep - where did disappear that player from late 2013 -first half of 2014? -.-

Wanderer 1,597 Posted May 20, 2018 #20 Share Posted May 20, 2018 Well, it will be tough for Zverev to keep the momentum after the break. How much Rafa suffers when there is no sun
