Parliament should discuss it at the November part-session. In addition to this amendment, MEPs will discuss a proposal to reduce severe penalties for Marijuana possession, which were introduced by MEPs from the leading Coalition parties. Valášek comes up with a proposal that would decriminalize the storage of marijuana for personal consumption up to the amount of 60 grams of the substance...dear lord , or the cultivation of five pieces of plants. According to the press release of Progressive Slovakia, the current legal regulation punishes people who are not dangerous for society with heavy penalties. Which is a fact the pain for using and posession of Marijuana is in Slovakia currently the highest in Europe. You can basically finish in prison for longer time than for a murder lol. For possession of more than 3 "doses" you are punishable from 10 to 25 years.
