  1. It's very difficult to piss me off, you must have done something more than just forget the templates You probably also booked the two nations that I want to book this year for the Festival of Music.
  2. Wait, so perhaps I got you mixed up and it was Denmark that didn't have host templates ant not the USA It's highly unlikely that it would have happened twice.
  3. This reminds me of USA making templates for everybody but themselves
  4. Well, I think they will be able to start training during Summer, Spring will be a good time for them to relax from the sport and refresh.
  5. For the life of me, I cannot pinpoint the year when I became a biathlon fan. At one point I thought it was 2010 Vancouver, but then I started remembering stuff from earlier seasons and it's a complete mess. I definitely know that I've never seen Forsberg or Liv Grete race and when I started watching, Bailly was probably at the very end of her career, which is why I'm not comfortable talking about their domination since I haven't seen it first hand.
  6. I don't know, I wouldn't put my hopes up for Eckhoff too much. The fact that she had so many wins this season was out of nowhere and everybody was used to her inconsistency especially when it came to standing shooting. Seeing as Vittozzi looked like a shadow of her former self after her super season last year, I'd like to see more proof from Tiril that she is capable of being a consistent competitor, especially seeing how she completely evaporated during the World Championships and came back to her 2018-2019 season during the final shooting in Kontiolahti's pursuit. As for Roeiseland, she might come back even as a bigger 'monster', she can easily reach domination levels of such greats as Darya Domracheva, Magdalena Neuner, I guess Dahlmeier too if we look at what she did during her short career. In all honesty, I think the women's tour is very open right now for top talent. If you'd ask me, I don't really think that Dorothea Wierer is a super excellent biathlete, nor did I ever think that Gabriela Soukalova was too (as both previous winners of the overall world cup). The reason why Doro right now can look so good is because the women's tour doesn't have a Johannes or a Martin, which I think that Marte is capable of taking that place. I think women's biathlon level is really down after the peak days of Neuner, Henkel, Ekholm, Berger, Domracheva, Makarainen, Zidek. Of course, not saying that Doro or Gabi are not talented, just thinking that people perceive that they are much stronger than they actually are, regarding the competition that they are facing. Germany is at its weakest that its ever been with Herrmann being a less charismatic coinflip Gossner and Preuss + Hinz never growing into podium challenging form. French women are on a bit of a dip too, with Braisaz's and Simon's inconsistency. No real external challengers from smaller countries (that was the role that Makarainen, Domracheva and Kuzmina played) and Russia is extremely weak as well. So yeah, I'm really waiting to see if Nilsson can shake things up.
  7. Yeah, those episodes might become a bit more special then. Just like 'Make Love Not Warcraft' has a special place in my heart as well since I'm a gamer
  8. I just want an episode with ManBearPig that is part man, part bear and even part pig in virus form with the guy saying that this problem is very cereal, but no one believes him. I think I might end up re-watching some older episodes. From some of the newer seasons, I remember being extremely fond of the Game Of Thrones trilogy with Kenny Princessu
  9. You mean the bloopers of Darya Domracheva shooting? I'm guilty of watching those.
  10. Yeah, the world is a bit more sensitive now than it was during their prime, thus it might mean that they're walking on thin ice and restrain themselves with some topics. Although yeah, just like you said, they still tend to insult some people good
  11. In biathlon there are less Norwegian girls to lose against, this definitely increases everyone's odds.
  12. This gives me the perfect opportunity to ask this. I've had a lot of fond memories revisiting tv series that I've already watched, even if I know the outcome, it somehow still remains an entertaining experience. That is something that I don't usually get from rewatching sports events, for me the thrill is not there opposed to the feeling of excitement when you're watching it live. (For example watching biathlon live has always been a more enjoyable experience than watching it in the evening after work even if you manage to avoid spoilers during the day) So I was wondering if there are a lot of you guys that enjoy watching old sports events and perhaps you would like to passionately describe why you enjoy doing that as well? During a commercial break they were streaming the Olympic win from Rūta Meilutytė and that just made me sad. I think that if I'd ever watch an older sport event it would just make me extra sad for everyone that's already retired.
  13. I might as well restart from season 1. It's been a long long time since I last saw the episodes from those seasons.
  14. I really need a Southpark three hour long special on this
  15. I hope they were at least wearing frikkin gloves whilst knocking on those god damn doors...
  16. Is Valentina Monetta all of those 100+ cases? Is that the entire population of San-Marino already sick?
  17. USA sprinting towards the top, can't be outdone by China at anything.
  18. When you're hosting nothing else can absolutely happen. You have to be focused 110%.
  19. It was such a weird contest for me. I was having a rough time and it's really difficult to trace back what was up with 2015. The fact that my 2015 contest votes are what bother me the most out of all of these editions is what makes me feel that I was definitely out of it during that time A quick FB search showed me that it was exactly the year when I just started going to uni as well as was forced to participate in X Factor (Lost majority vote 6-2 when the band and management were voting if we should go). So yeah, I remember winning TISC was very special on that day. I wasn't really in spirit at the start, but as the day went on, I became a bit more cheerful and a lot more stressed.
  20. She won IBU cup for them missing 8 races, then gets randomly thrown into a world cup sprint, doesn't get a good placement and demoted back to the IBU. Pretty unfair treatment. She definitely deserved as much if not more chances than Skottheim got and Magnusson as well. Last year they were in love with Emma Nilsson and Ingela Andersson. So this time they can go for a different Nilsson and for shits and giggles they can also use the fourth best Swede in the ibu cup, Lindqvist
  21. That moment when @OlympicIRL says that the songs have well over 100 points and I'm here scared thinking if the song that Lithuania won with is going to make it into the top 40
  22. They'd even pick an immovable rock to start for Sweden just so that they wouldn't have to use Hogberg
  23. Holy moly, now that's a cross-over that I can get behind Although the Swedish ladies are improving at a high speed and the team already looks stacked, Nilsson would be a very strong addition when she gets her shooting to at least an 80% Probably no space for Hogberg on the team, she's the Horchler sisters of Sweden (even though Karolin was on the entire season, it's clear to see that Germany got very very desperate this year that they turned to Karolin)
  24. Can we postpone you? We're cancelling too many things in these uncertain times.
