There's no Emerging Nations Programe outside of IQFoil and ILCA, so I asume it's 5 up for grabs.

I do found it, from World Sailing website

Competition for those final spots across the 10 Olympic disciplines is bound to be fierce at the Semaine Olympique Française where there will be – in effect – two separate regattas across the same week, with the Qualified Nations sailing out of Hyères harbour, with two participants for each nation and class.

However, for once it’s not the front of the world fleet who are the focus of attention, as the biggest drama will be taking place in the battle for those final spots in the Last Chance Regatta.

Seven in the Men’s and eight in the Women’s Windsurfing are available in the iQFOiL, and five for Men’s and Women’s Kite, with four in the 470 for the Mixed Dinghy, and four in each of the Men’s Dinghy in the ILCA 7 and Women’s Dinghy in the ILCA 6, four 49ers in the Men’s Skiff and five 49erFXs in the Women’s Skiff and the four Nacra 17 Mixed Multihull.

  2. :POL foil teams for Paris are officialy announced:

    Women's

    Julia Walczyk-Klimaszyk
    Hanna Łyczbińska

    Martyna Jelińska
    Martyna Synoradzka (reserved)

    Men's

    Jan Jurkiewicz
    Adrian Wojtkowiak
    Michał Siess
Andrzej Rządkowski/Leszek Rajski (reserved - yet to be selected of one of those two)

Full women's epee team should be announced tomorrow. For now only Renata Knapik-Miazga and Alicja Klasik are sure to be selected as medalists of recent national championships.

  3. :POL medalists according Gracenote:

    Gold:

Women's K4 500m in sprint canoeing, Wojciech Nowicki (athletics - men;s hammer throw), Aleksandra Mirosław (sport climbing - women's speed), Men's team in indoor volleyball

    Silver:

Iga Świątek (tennis - women's singles), Paweł Fajdek (athletics - men's hammer throw - for me it's wishful thinking :p), Katarzyna Wasick (swimming - women's 50m freestyle - even more wishful thinking :d), Karolina Naja/Anna Puławska (Women's K2 500 in sprint canoeing), men's quadruple sculls in rowing

    Bronze:

Natalia Kaczmarek (athletics - women's 400m), women's team epée in fencing

  4. :POL team. As expected we are sending best possible team, besides those athletes who are injured (Anna Kiełbasińska, Dariusz Kowaluk and Dominik Kopeć), not yet ready after pregnancy (Małgorzata Hołub-Kowalik) or Pia Skrzyrzowska who is focused on individual races on hurdles. I would want to see all 5 relays to be qualified, but 3 are most realistic, I wont be surprised if it will be even less after last week failures everywhere....
