  4. This is the quickest parade of nations I have ever seen.

  5. Which most likely is a bit of an overreaction...I highly doubt Kavanaugh being accepted will change everything for 20+ years.

  7. No elimination rounds? Atleast one event needs to have elimination round to create a sudden death type of situation. Also, simple addition of points for All-Around competition is so 20th century.

  10. How about saying that Bolivia won the gold medal in men's football at the inaugural edition of the Youth Olympics? There's always something nice to say about one nation. It looks like they looked up the article about the country in Wikipedia and came up with something in literally 30 seconds. "Landlocked? Oh, this will do." Yikes.

  11. Still better than for Slovakia. The flag carrying the Slavic colors white, blue and red with the shields

  13. Some of the comments by the official commentators made me cringe, like stating that Bolivia is one of the two landlocked countries in South America or that the United States do well at the Olympics but they don't perform well at the Youth Olympics. I mean, is this the best they could say about these nations? Really?

  14. Too tiring for the commentators also

  16. Seriously, it's extremely disgusting to read the comments on Social Media about Kavanaugh's confirmation... Some idiots are even implying that if his daughters would be sexually assaulted, he would not care.

  27. How are the conservatives against human rights?

  28. Individual cases, yes. But people like to overreact to everything.... Just by reading the comments on CNN Fb posts about this, Kavanaugh seems to have the power to change laws at will lol

  29. But will definitely affect cases for the next few years

  30. So I've just completed my first listen and, as always, one song stood out as a huge favorite for the maximum points. Also, I'd say the entries of Open and Annual are becoming more different every year.

  38. There will be two more special awards. Here are they exemplified with the Jubilee results. J'en Suis La Award - Nation who climbed the most between the half-way point and the end (2018 Annual - France - climbed from 33rd to 10th) Passionfruit Award - Nation who scored the most consistent points (2018 Annual - Canada - 80% of their scores were 5s, 6s and 7s) They are named after the French and Canadian songs who "achieved" them at the Jubilee. Therefore the specified awards will be a part of the Jubilee legacy.

  43. To be fair, one should also not be afraid to say they voted for Trump. People can agree or disagree with a certain candidate but in most cases someone who votes for candidate X isn't automatically stupid or something just because you and/or I don't agree with this specific candidate.
