Never really heard it mentioned as that... But I remember that it was discussed whether a 4th Grand Tour should be made in the US, @Olympian1010. Never happened, though1 point -

Still one day behind with watching (just finished yesterday's evening session). The commentator after Zohri won: "History has been made! The first ever Indonesian gold medal......in the men's 100 meters.....in the U20 World Championships!" I really don't think the main bit of history here is "the first Indonesian ever to win the 100 meter in the U20 worlds" Had they ever won any medal at all, any event? Or even any age category?1 point

I'd not even put Croatia among the underdogs before the World Cup started and now they have a real chance to win the title. What the heck? Since I jinx every team I root for, GO FRANCE! I'm rooting for France! *wink*¨*wink*1 point -

Most of them think they are scientists. Best guess is most of them are attention whores and not good enough in actual science to get their attention there, leading them to go to entirely unrealistic stuff.1 point

Olympic Champion Kikkan Randall (USA) diagnosed with breast cancer... apparently it's been diagnosed early enough and the prognosis is good... https://eu.usatoday.com/story/sports/olympics/2018/07/11/kikkan-randall-breast-cancer-olympic-gold-medalist/775482002/ https://twitter.com/kikkanimal good luck to her...I hope in a full and (relatively) quick recovery...0 points

The dark days are back after 2 years... Abysmal play by Fed from when i started watching the match... I came from work and it was 2:0 and a close end to the third and then everything collapsed. Fed has only himself to blame for this stain, being outclassed on the baseline by a mug like Anderson...0 points
