  1. Froome/Sky keep embarrassing themselves. Their latest attempt for an excuse is that his kidney's were having a problem and then, *poof*, all of a sudden released all that salbutamol right before the doping test. What a coincidence!

  8. thanks... probably at that time of the day I won't have the chance to follow the event live, but for sure I'm gonna read all the news (and your thoughts) here as soon as it happens... about Sweden..I'm not saying that I'm surprised of how good they are...just I didn't realize how many "names" and former NHLers they still have to choose from all around Europe...the depth of the Swedish hockey is so, so impressive (I admit...I'm so jealous...what I'd like Italian hockey be just half of Sweden's)...

  14. Now we know the truth. According to Google Translate, Bjoerndalen wasn't selected because he didn't pass the piano-play selections. Later on... "Biorandlen expressed dissatisfaction with the Norwegian Biathlon Federation and the local Olympic Committee. The athlete is convinced that it would be a good sporting form for piano."

  19. everything with rules, but judges must be fair to both teams.playback time 11 seconds back in look, how we started from centre.there were few germans around our man, but no voice from judge. also look the last german attack when they scored(there was foul in attack, but nothing??) and then most important part of the rules.video analyse can choose official delegete of the game and not in this case german coach or players. not to mention where german throved tovel in the floor and crucial 2m for kavtičnik (there wasnt foul)when we lead 4 goals, got 2 players our and germans equalized

  23. that's very good... predictions are always "at risk" because of their own nature... but, as I wrote a few days ago, there's no way the US team can go that far...even if Zapolski plays the tournament of his life... and these Canadian players are everything but unknown to us in Europe... we regularly follow them in our domestic leagues and they all are very good athletes, used to carry the load and make the difference in their club teams...I'm sure they are good enough to give all of their opponents in South Korea a lot of troubles... surely a star-studded team like the World Cup (or the Sochi) one, would easily win the Gold Medal, but also this kind of team has quite a chance to comeback home at least with a medal... don't expect Sweden and Finland (especially the last ones) to be so impressive without all of their NHLers...even if the 3-Kronor in "normal conditions" might (should) still be the strongest rivals of RUS and CAN for the podium places...

  24. Haase losing to the world number 219, Lorenzo Sonego This is a perfect addition to Haase's list of beautiful losses that's being kept on a Dutch forum

  25. What are you talking about, a lack of superstars? NBA legend Michal Jordán is a huge star! I don’t think we can really predict how the tournament will go, too many unknown. The Canadian team especially is a huge question mark for me. I think the US might be the second favourite behind Russia purely because of goaltending.
