Well, I think most religions talk about peace. But I understand your point, most religions have at some point in history to exert some dominance, supremacy over people. Religious extremists and orthodox followers (not to be confused with Eastern Ortodox/Christian Ortodox) often disregard peace in their crusade to bring "heretics" and "sinners" into the right path, even when that actually violates the dignity and natural rights of people.

I don't think ISIS gives specific instructions to anyone outside Iraq-Syria area. All the ISIS terrorist attacks outside the area are carried out by a small group of radicals who are using ISIS brand. An Indian-American commentator has written a couple of nice posts about the difference between ISIS - the organization in Iraq-Syria area and ISIS - the brand. First Post Second Post

It was sarcasm, and Buddhist terrorism is alive in Sri Lanka and Myanmar among other places I am sure. Religion unfortunately brings out the worst in ppl...

as to Syria....muslims killed much more Syrians than all armies together no wonder civilians suffer now from time to time, very sad....to be true...it`d worse if it stayed as it was, now at least there`s some hope maybe our Algerian friend will also mourn many Yazid people? No he will say that American bombs killed 30 civilians, great

For me it's usually 100 % my taste. This time it's the slightly more personal choice, as I know Kris and have helped him on several occasions.earlier in his solo career. I still like the song a lot (though I personally liked som of his earlier songs a bit more)

I just sent my vote, I have to say I found voting a very tough job specially if you try to be responsible and not just vote randomly. I'm in holiday these days because of the new year, still I spent enough time to listen to all of them at least twice (much more than that for my top 12) and my initial #1 ended up 7th ! and surprisingly for myself there are so many non English songs in top of my list ! btw I was curious how you guys selected your song, the one you enjoy more ? or the one you think has more chance to get more points in he contest ? personally I just picked what I like myself even though I knew there is a good chance for that song to finish last
